HELP - need motivation

I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful!  Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation.  HELP!

Please Help!

As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is:  What should I do?

It is believed that many individuals are convinced that they are strictly the product of their genetics and that no behavior change can alter this pattern. I call this playing the "victim" game.  We ALL do it at some point or another, so the KEY here is to "Call yourself out" on these type of beliefs that are holding you back.  This is true regardless of whether you think the hurdle is REAL.  Because, just take my word for it, "perception" is NOT reality.  My favorite quote from Napoleon Hill is perfect here:

"Don't measure your future by your past, if you do you're sunk!"

He further elaborates with the idea that you are DECIDING to make a change.  Thus your results will LIKELY (and absolutely, if your intention is strong enough) be different from previous endeavors.  So KNOW that you are going to get beyond where you've ever been.
