I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful! Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation. HELP!
As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is: What should I do?

Throughout a Blitz (or any other time that progress is desired), one should plan schedules for exercise (or other tasks to accomplish an end), keep journals of exercise (tasks), and decide on goals that one INTENDS to be the result of the exercise performed during the Blitz. Throughout this module, these goal-directed and self-regulation behaviors will be taught & can be applied in all areas of life. These tools are very useful for accomplishing a wide range of achievements.
