HELP - need motivation

I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful!  Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation.  HELP!

Please Help!

As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is:  What should I do?

Incentives can provide extra motivation when something extra is needed.  This is not a great tactic for long-term success, but it can get you through "crunch time" in a pinch.  A note of advice, try to make rewards that you give yourself NOT counterproductive to your ultimate goals.

  • You may have to get creative on this one.  For example, I will do something like "every time I think "I'm hungry!" I'll make myself take a lap of lunges.

The type of video is fun to create if you're having a bad day, feeling down on yourself, & really want to look back at your accomplishments so that you can BE GRATEFUL instead of being down.
