HELP - need motivation

I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful!  Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation.  HELP!

Please Help!

As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is:  What should I do?

Below are the components that make up Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) developed by Albert Bandura (1997) that is widely used in health promotion programs designed to encourage individuals to adopt more healthy lifestyles.  This is the theory that is the basis for my book, 33 Ways for 33 Days, and also my dissertation in my Ph.D. program at Ohio State University in Educational Psychology.

These strategies are time tested and color every psychological theory to date.  They may seem simple, but if you use them, you WILL succeed!  Here's an example.

I was talking to a student about following a nutritional plan in addition to working out doing cardio and weight training.  Through the conversation it was apparent that results were not coming by just the two latter alone.  I mentioned writing down what she was eating and she replied, "Well I seem to eat better when I'm writing it down anyway."

I said BINGO - writing it down is actually in itself an extremely powerful strategy to kleep you on task.  So simple as they may seem, again I say, if you use these strategies, you WILL SUCCEED!

I want to plant in your mind first, however, that without a definite and detailed END GOAL in mind, these tools are relatively useless.  STEP 1 is always - Decide exactly what you want.
