HELP - need motivation

Hi D.J.

I just finished your book, BLITZ 1 complete and successful!  Now I am embarking on a 2nd BLITZ and I am not as great a finding that same motivation.  HELP!

Please Help!

As I said before I am really struggling with this extra fat I am carrying around my waist. So my question (finally) is:  What should I do?

We are Sean & Julie (DJ Wallis) Rengert.  Sean is a professional firefighter and paramedic and is also the fitness coordinator for Marysville, OH fire department.  I am a professional fitness/figure competitor and is currently completing my Doctorate in Educational Psychology with a specialty in motivation of individuals to pursue better health and fitness. 

Prior to meeting and eventually marrying Sean, I was co-owner of a Human Advancement Facility where the focus was not only fitness, but advancment in every area of one's life.  Following revisiting school, The Ohio State University, I wrote a book called 33 Ways for 33 Days that utilizes many of the tools that have become available for self betterment through cognitive and behavioral theories.
